On 1 March 2001 Franz Fischler, European Commissioner for Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries, signed the Multi-annual Financing Agreement and the Annual Financing Agreement with Hungary. This brought Hungary another step closer to making the pre-accession agriculture programmes fully operational. |
