From 24-28 April 2001, NGOs, representatives of industry and local authorities, journalists, research and scientific institutes and decision-makers from all corners of Europe met in Brussels, to take part in 'Green Week'. The conference and exhibition programme was designed to publicise the 6th Environment Action Programme and engage all those who are committed to protecting and promoting the environment in a constructive debate on the major issues confronting policy-makers. |
