OSCE moves against terror

The 55 members of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) have adopted an action plan laying out concrete steps to tackle terrorism. The Ninth Ministerial Council of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe concluded its two-day meeting, 3-4 December 2001 by agreeing on a Ministerial Declaration and adopting broad-ranging Action Plan on counter-terrorism measures.
