Substantial progress was made at the eighth meeting of the European Electricity Regulatory Forum (the 'Florence Forum'), held on 21-22 February 2002. Agreement was reached on the entry into force of a provisional cross-border tarification system on 1 March 2002, to be operated until 1 January 2003. |
