The European Commission published a draft regulation covering State aid for the promotion of employment on 12 April 2002. The regulation would exempt aid meeting certain conditions from the requirement of prior notification to the European Commission. The European Commission is seeking comments on the text from interested third parties, in particular the social partners, to reach it by the end of May 2002. |
