The European Commission approved a Green Paper on 11 April 2002 which will launch a debate on this complex issue and sound out all interested parties. All contributions should be submitted in writing to the European Commission by 31 July 2002 so that it can make the best possible preparations for a hearing on Community return policy by summer 2002. |
