Ministers for Employment and Social Affairs from the EU Member States met on 12 July 2002 in Kolding, Denmark, for an informal ministerial meeting along with representatives from two EEA countries (Norway and Iceland). The Ministers discussed three important aspects of the overall theme of the Danish EU Presidency: Social dialogue at European level; Investment in human resources; and combating poverty and social exclusion
