The European Commission approved a Country Strategy Paper and National Indicative Programme for Seychelles in November 2002. Together the paper and programme outline the EU's foreseen co-operation with the country for the next five years (2002-2007). In total, €4.7 million has been allocated from the 9th EDF (European Development Fund), which is the financial instrument of ACP-EU partnership agreement signed in Cotonou in June 2000. |
