Ministers from the EU and Overseas Countries and Territories associated with the EU (OCTs) met in Brussels on 5 December 2003 for their annual forum. During the forum they took stock and made a positive assessment of EU / OCT co-operation. There was wide agreement on the need to strengthen the existing partnership activities, taking into account the specific needs, expectations and status of these territories. |
