Letter bombs sent to EU figures

Report of two suspected letter bombs that were sent to the European police body Europol and European Central Bank head Jean-Claude Trichet in December 2003. In addition, European Commission head Romano Prodi escaped unharmed when a parcel bomb exploded at his home on 28 December 2003.
