EU economic outlook ‘grim without reform’ / Europe’s economic outlook ‘grim without reform’

In its latest half-yearly Economic Outlook published on 17 March 2003. UNICE, the European business organisation, has predicted that the European Union's economy will grow by just 1.4% in 2003 and 2.2% in 2004 and warns that big Member States, including Germany, must take urgent action to address structural problems in their economies.
