Dutch are ‘polarised’ says report

A Dutch Parliamentary report published in January 2004 says the attempt to create an integrated multi-ethnic society in the Netherlands has failed. Although most immigrants had integrated well there were growing ghettos of foreigners from countries such as Turkey and Morocco.
