EC suspends Microsoft sanctions

The European Commission has suspended sanctions against Microsoft, 27 June 2004, stemming from a ruling that the group had abused its dominant market position. The Commission said that 'in the interest of a proper administration of justice', it was delaying the implementation of its measures 'while a Microsoft application for interim measures is being considered'.
