The European Commission has published its annual report on allocated expenditure under the own resources system for the financial year 2003: 'Allocation of 2003 EU operating expenditure by Member State'. Note that the 'Slide Show' accessible from the related url includes charts clearly indicating national contributions of each (EU15) Member State to the EU budget in 2003 and EU expenditure allocated to each Member State.
