The European Commission welcomed the adoption by the European Parliament of amendments to a Regulation aiming to harmonise at European level the maximum residue levels (MRLs) of pesticides permitted in products of plant and animal origin, 15 December 2004. The amendments adopted by MEPs were also approved by the Council, which was planning to enable the final adoption of the Regulation in the following months. |
