Press Release: European Commission, Presidency and social partners reaffirm social dialogue’s key role in the Lisbon strategy

Representatives of employers, employees and government were presented with the findings of the Kok report at the Tripartite Social Summit in Brussels on 4 November 2004, where they also heard that the role of social partners is key to the EU's potential economic and employment growth.
