Farmers in OECD countries still subsidised to tune of $257bn

The OECD released an analysis of the 2003 European Union agriculture reforms in June 2004. The study was published alongside highlights of two other new reports - an assessment of farm policies in OECD countries and forecasts for world prices, demand and output.
