Hewitt urges business to back treaty

The UK's Trade and Industry Secretary, Patricia Hewitt, has put the Referendum on the European Constitution at the heart of Labour's plans for a third term, and is trying to persuade sceptical business leaders to support the campaign for a Yes vote.
