Yearbook of European Law, Volume 16, 1996:
Oxford University Press, under its academic imprint Clarendon Press, have published the latest volume in their series Yearbook of European Law. The Yearbook
is divided into three sections: the first is a collection of eleven articles on various contemporary issues of Community law. The second section comprises seven annual surveys covering legal developments in the European Parliament, competition law, intellectual property, environmental law, the Brussels Convention, Common Foreign and Security Policy and the Council of Europe: legal co-operation, in 1996. The third section is a series of book reviews. As is standard in legal texts, there are also indexes to cases and legislation cited in the Yearbook.
