Gives an overview on decisions of the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM), as well as the European Court of Justice, dealing with trademark problems arising from the application of the Regulation on the community trademark on the one hand, and having arisen in national trademark issues after the implementation of the Harmonisation Directive.
