Leaders facing fresh ratification problems

Article repprts that European Union leaders meeting for the European Council, Brussels, 18-19 June 2008 are braced for more delays in the process to ratify the the Treaty of Lisbon after its rejection by Irish voters in a referendum, 12 June 2008. In addition, it is feared that that there may be ratification delays in both the Czech Republic and Poland.
