Europe sees hope of compromise in Iran nuclear talks

Iranian and European Union diplomats met in Vienna on 3 March 2006 in a last-ditch attempt to reach an agreement that would prevent the nuclear dispute from being referred to the United Nations Security Council. However, the meeting ended without agreement.
