The Fact Sheet argues that the TEN-T budget of €7 billion will not have enough leverage potential to complete the network by 2020 and that with such level of EU support the Member States and the private sector will be less inclined to invest in the network. It calls for a political commitment to the development of the TEN-T network, and suggests that technology developments such as Galileo and ERTMS be funded by the research budget |
