The European Commission on 29 June 2006 took steps against Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Poland, Austria and Hungary, because these Members States made the import of second hand cars difficult. All five cases, which were at different stages of the infringement procedure, constituted impediments to the free movement of goods. |
