O2 appeals to ombudsman on fees for roaming

O2, the mobile phone operator, has issued a formal complaint, September 2006, to the European Ombudsman against the European Commission's DG for Competition, saying Brussels ignored its rights of defence in a long-running probe into allegedly excessive roaming fees.
