Rebalancing British foreign policy

A report from Chatham House,a leading British think-tank, issued in December 2006 describing the Iraq war as a 'terrible mistake' and calling for a 'rebalancing' of foreign policy has added to the debate about Britain's place in the world post-Tony Blair, particularly i the balance of its relations with the US and Europe.
