The European Commission has cleared under the EU Merger Regulation the proposed acquisition of Sportfive Group, a French company active in the commercialisation of sports rights and sports marketing, by Lagardère, also of France. The Commission concluded that the transaction would not significantly impede effective competition in the European Union Area (EEA) or any substantial part of it. |
