Press Release: Mergers: Commission approves proposed acquisition of Dana’s Engine Products Group by Mahle

The European Commission has approved under the EU Merger Regulation the proposed acquisition of the Engine Products Group division (Dana EPG) of US based Dana Corporation by the German automotive supplier Mahle GmbH. The Commission concluded that the concentration would not significantly impede effective competition in the European Economic Area (EEA) or any substantial part of it.
