The European Commission unveiled on 19 July 2001 the new State aid Scoreboard. After the opening of the State aid Register earlier in 2001, the Scoreboard is the second of two new transparency instruments that are being developed by the Commission in the area of State aid policy. The Scoreboard is a transparent and publicly accessible source of information on the overall State aid situation in the European Union and on the Commission's current State aid control activities. |
