Press Release: Western Balkans: European Commission publishes first annual report on the Stabilisation and Association Process

The European Commission adopted its first annual report on the EU's Stabilisation and Association Process on 4 April 2002. Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia are the participants in this process. In the report, the European Commission also proposes enhanced arrangements for political dialogue and regional co-operation with SAp participants, through the establishment of a new political forum.
