Consistent with the recommendation made unanimously by the Disciplinary Board, and following Ms Andreasen's subsequent hearing by the College of Commissioners on 29 September 2004, the European Commission decided on 13 October 2004 to dismiss Ms Marta Andreasen from employment and to permit her to retain her pension rights. |
