Galileo sat-nav in decisive phase

Feature says that Europe's proposed satellite-navigation system, Galileo, faces big delays and cost overruns unless major obstacles to its development are removed - and fast. Plans to launch a European satellite navigation system to rival the US global positioning system ground to a halt following a break down in relations between governments and private contractors.
