Prosecutors raise Yukos stakes

Stakes were raised 28 July 2003 in the conflict around the Russian oil company Yukos as prosecutors announced a new charge of tax evasion against Platon Lebedev, the jailed executive, and told prime minister Mikhail Kasyanov, who has called for an easing of tensions, to mind his own business.
