MPs criticise pace at which farming reform implemented

The UK House of Commons Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Committee says Government Ministers did not publish full impact assessments before agreeing on a new 'single payment' system for paying EU subsidies. The Committee also said Ministers should publish more information on the inevitable redistribution of income within farming.
