The undertaking as subject of EC competition law and the imputation of infringements to natural or legal persons

Legal and economic analysis of the concept of 'undertakings'. EC competition rules apply to 'undertakings'. This concept being different from the more familiar legal concept of natural and legal persons, a number of questions arise; for example, can employees ever be regarded as undertakings in their own right? Could an unincorporated division within a larger corporate entity constitute a separate undertaking?
