Brussels sees Union extending to west Balkans

According to a report issued by the European Commission on 25 March 2003, ('The Stabilisation & Association process (SAP): Second Annual Report') the enlargement of the European Union is not going to stop in 2004 when ten new countries join, but will extend to the western Balkans
