Winners and losers in farm subsidy shake-up

The UK's Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) published a report on 25 June 2004, 'Cap single payment scheme: Basis for allocation of entitlement. Impacts of the scheme to be adopted in England', which analyses the implications of reforming farm subsidies in England.
