Russian perceptions of the CFSP/ESDP

This paper was prepared by the director of the Centre for Euro-Atlantic Security within the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), Professor Alexander Nikitin. It is the first product of a joint research project with the European Union Institute for Security Studies (EU ISS), which will conclude with the publication of a jointly authored report entitled, 'Sharing experience in crisis management'.
