Labour eyes Tory race in slow crawl to euro poll

If Kenneth Clarke were to win the race for leadership of the UK Tory party, it could change the attitude of the UK government towards a referendum on the euro. One pro-single currency minister quoted believes that Kenneth Clarke's appointment would make a referendum more likely.
