Spain police seize Basque leaders

Spanish police have arrested the entire alleged leadership of the banned Basque separatist party, Batasuna, 5 October 2007. A senior leader of Basque separatist group Batasuna called the arrest of 23 key members a 'declaration of war' by the Spanish government.
