Evaluation of nutrient sources in food supplements and food: An update

At the request of the European Commission, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), in October 2007, informed the UK Food Standards Agency of the urgent need for additional data relating a number of dossiers which it had previously submitted and which contained insufficient information regarding nutrient substances added to food supplements and foods currently on the market in the European Union.
