Europe and US set to strike biofuels deal

Preview of the first meeting of the EU-US Transatlantic Council, Washington, 9 November 2007 set up in April 2007 is to harmonise certain standards and reduce bureaucratic obstacles to business co-operation in areas from intellectual property rights to accounting and financial markets.
