Bulgaria, Hungary, Croatia to recognise Kosovo

Bulgaria, Hungary and Croatia dealt a major blow to Serbia's bid to overturn Kosovo's month-old independence by preparing on 19 March 2008 to become the first neighbours to recognise the new republic.
