The European Commission cleared under the EU Merger Regulation the proposed acquisition of the whole of Moeller Group, a German manufacturer of electrical engineering components and devices, by Eaton Corporation of the US. The Commission concluded that the operation would not significantly impede effective competition in the European Economic Area (EEA) or in any substantial part of it. |
