Press Release: Minister Coughlan announces details of the 2008 Single Payment Scheme National Reserve

The Irish Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, Mary Coughlan, on 9 April 2008, announced details of the two categories under which farmers would be entitled to apply for an allocation of Single Payment entitlements from the 2008 National Reserve.
