The judgement of the European Court of Justice of the European Union of 9 November 2010 in Joined Cases C-92/09 and C-93/09 (appeal ruling) has declared partially invalid the legal basis for the publication of information on beneficiaries of CAP payments (shared management) as from 9 November 2010.

For this reason, the publication of links to Member State websites providing information on beneficiaries of CAP payments has been suspended until further notice.
