Press Release: European Awards for Lifelong Learning recognise outstanding mobility projects

The 2008 European Awards for Lifelong Learning were given on 13 June, 2008, to fifteen outstanding projects in the field of education and training funded by the European Union; the focus this year was on 'quality in mobility'. The prizes were handed over by the European Commissioner for Education, Training, Culture and Youth, Ján Figel', and the Slovenian Minister of Education and Sport, Milan Zver, at a conference in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
