	The upcoming EU drugs action plan (2009-2012) was the focus of discussions at the second meeting of the Civil society forum on drugs, held in Brussels on 20-21 May 2008. The forum provides a platform for dialogue between the European Commission and civil society, ensuring that grassroots experience and expertise are fed into EU policy making on drugs.
