Minister warns Welsh companies to meet EU chemicals deadline

Welsh companies were warned in October 2008 that they only have until the 1st of December 2008 to pre-register any chemicals they manufacture, import or recover from waste with a new Europe wide scheme or face their goods being withdrawn from the market.
