Javier Solana, EU High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP), had a meeting today (25.11.08) with the President of the Senate of the Belgian Parliament, Mr Armand De Decker, and the President of the House of Representatives, Mr Herman Van Rompuy. He
then addressed a joint meeting of the Committees on European Affairs, External Relations and Defence of both Houses.
